Terms of Service

AllSorted is provided by Ardent Edge Ltd(“we”, “us”). By creating an AllSorted account you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the club, business, or organisation you represent (“your Club”).

If you are using AllSorted as an individual coach with no organisation behind you, these terms still apply — references to “your Club” just mean “you”.

AllSorted is a software-as-a-service product for managing students, classes, payments, communications, and operational workflows at sports clubs and similar organisations. We provide the platform; your Club provides the content, decisions, and data inside it.

We may add, remove, or change features over time. We'll give reasonable notice of material removals or breaking changes.

You are responsible for:

• Acting as the data controller for student/member data your Club enters (see our Privacy Policy and your own).
• Keeping your login credentials secure and revoking access for departing staff.
• Operating in line with applicable law (data protection, safeguarding, employment, financial conduct).
• Honouring your own terms with your students/members.
• Paying your AllSorted subscription on time.

You agree not to:

• Use AllSorted to do anything illegal, harassing, or harmful.
• Attempt to access another club's data or circumvent our access controls.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the platform for competing products.
• Use AllSorted to send unsolicited bulk email outside your existing student/member base.
• Upload viruses, illegal content, or anything that would create legal exposure for us as host.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section, with or without notice depending on severity.

AllSorted is billed monthly per club via Stripe. Pricing is displayed on signup; we may change pricing with 30 days' notice for renewals (existing subscriptions complete their current billing period at the previous rate).

Trials are free and do not auto-charge until you actively start a subscription. Refunds for paid months are at our discretion; we typically refund mid-month cancellations when the club has barely used the service in that billing period.

Parent payments are NOT our money.Card and Direct Debit payments your Club collects from its own students land directly in your Stripe / GoCardless account; we take no cut and don't hold your funds. Disputes, refunds, and chargebacks for those payments are between you, the parent, and Stripe / GoCardless.

Your Club owns the data it puts into AllSorted. We process that data on your behalf as defined in our Data Processing terms.

You can export your data (CSV / PDF where the UI provides it) at any time. On request, we'll provide a full database export of your Club's rows within 30 days of a request from an authorised account on the Club.

On account termination we keep data for up to 90 days for recovery / dispute resolution, then permanently delete it (subject to legal holds for financial records).

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. The service is provided “as is” without warranty of fitness for any particular purpose.

Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or business-interruption losses to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these terms limits liability we cannot lawfully exclude (death/personal injury caused by negligence, fraud).

You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing. We can terminate with 30 days' notice for any reason, or immediately for material breach of these terms.

On termination, your access ends, billing stops, and data retention follows section 6.

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced via the in-app banner and email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use AllSorted after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
