What sports does AllSorted support?▾
AllSorted is built for any club where members progress through ranks, attend recurring lessons and need ongoing communication. It's used by martial arts, gymnastics, dance, swimming and multi-sport clubs. The grading rubric, syllabus and certificate templates are fully configurable so the same install works for any belted/levelled system.
How much does AllSorted cost?▾
£69 per month per club, flat. Every feature is included — there are no per-student fees, no add-on charges and no per-channel SMS surcharges. There's a 14-day free trial that doesn't require a card.
Can I migrate from spreadsheets / ClassForKids / Gymdesk?▾
Yes. Most clubs migrate by uploading a CSV of students plus a CSV of households. The onboarding wizard walks you through column mapping. We can also import historical attendance and grading records on request.
How does Stripe / GoCardless billing work?▾
Connect your own Stripe account (Express onboarding in five minutes, or OAuth into your existing Standard account) and GoCardless for UK Direct Debit. AllSorted takes no per-transaction fee — you pay Stripe/GoCardless directly and the money lands in your account, not ours.
Is there a parent app?▾
Yes. The member portal is a Progressive Web App that installs to the home screen on iOS and Android. Members see attendance, gradings, payments, certificates, upcoming sessions and event bookings — per-child for parents, or their own for adult members.
Where is my data stored?▾
Data is stored in Supabase (Postgres) hosted in the EU (London). All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. You can export everything you've put in at any time as CSV.
Can multiple staff use the same account?▾
Yes — unlimited staff at no extra cost. Roles are owner, admin, instructor and volunteer, with progressively narrower permissions. Owners see everything; volunteers see only the register for the lessons they're rostered on.
What about GDPR / parental consent?▾
Every student profile records photo consent, medical info consent and marketing consent. Parents can review and revoke consent through the portal. Deletion requests are honoured on the same business day.
Can I run a free trial without giving a card?▾
Yes. 14 days, full feature access, no card needed. At the end of the trial you can subscribe by entering a card, or your account quietly pauses — no surprise charges.
What's the difference between AllSorted and Mailchimp / a generic CRM?▾
Generic CRMs don't know what a grading, syllabus or attendance register is. AllSorted ships with the operational rhythm of a club already built in — recurring lessons, grade progression, member portals, certificate PDFs, instructor rosters. You'd spend months configuring HubSpot to do a fraction of this.
