What sports does AllSorted support?▾

How much does AllSorted cost?▾
The published Starter price is £69 per month per club, with a 14-day trial and no card required to start. Payment and messaging provider charges are separate. Confirm your current plan and any module or specialist setup requirements before subscribing.
Can I migrate from spreadsheets / ClassForKids / Gymdesk?▾
Start with the member CSV import and review the column mapping before importing. Test a small sample first, then check households, programmes and balances. Contact us about historical records or provider billing handover before committing to a switch; those need a separate review.
How does Stripe / GoCardless billing work?▾
Connect your existing Standard Stripe account, or create your own through Stripe-hosted onboarding, plus GoCardless for UK Direct Debit. AllSorted takes no per-transaction fee — you pay Stripe/GoCardless directly and the money lands in your account, not ours.
Is there a parent app?▾
Yes. The member portal is a Progressive Web App that installs to the home screen on iOS and Android. Members see attendance, gradings, payments, certificates, upcoming sessions and event bookings — per-child for parents, or their own for adult members.
Where is my data stored?▾
Read our privacy policy for hosting and data-processing details. The application provides role-based access and export tools for supported records. Contact us if you need a specific export, retention policy or data-processing agreement before joining.
Can my team use AllSorted too?▾
Yes. Invite each person with their own login rather than sharing an account. Choose an appropriate role, including Read-only, and configure responsibilities where needed. Server-side permissions remain authoritative and staff accounts use MFA.
What about GDPR / parental consent?▾
Keep relevant consents with member records and let portal contacts manage supported communication preferences. The club remains responsible for its data-protection decisions; our privacy policy explains the service's handling of personal data.
Can I run a free trial without giving a card?▾
Yes. Start a 14-day trial without a payment card. Explore the available tools and confirm any specialist modules you need. Choose a paid plan if you want to continue after the trial.
What's the difference between AllSorted and Mailchimp / a generic CRM?▾
AllSorted connects club-specific workflows: recurring lessons, registers, member progress, household billing and portal actions. Instead of moving the same details between separate tools, your team works from connected member records.
