How much does AllSorted cost?▾
The published Starter price is £69 per month per club, with a 14-day trial and no card required to start. Payment and messaging provider charges are separate. Confirm your current plan and any module or specialist setup requirements before subscribing.
Can I migrate from spreadsheets / ClassForKids / Gymdesk?▾
Start with the member CSV import and review the column mapping before importing. Test a small sample first, then check households, programmes and balances. Contact us about historical records or provider billing handover before committing to a switch; those need a separate review.
How does Stripe / GoCardless billing work?▾
Connect your existing Standard Stripe account, or create your own through Stripe-hosted onboarding, plus GoCardless for UK Direct Debit. AllSorted takes no per-transaction fee — you pay Stripe/GoCardless directly and the money lands in your account, not ours.
Where is my data stored?▾
Read our privacy policy for hosting and data-processing details. The application provides role-based access and export tools for supported records. Contact us if you need a specific export, retention policy or data-processing agreement before joining.
What about GDPR / parental consent?▾
Keep relevant consents with member records and let portal contacts manage supported communication preferences. The club remains responsible for its data-protection decisions; our privacy policy explains the service's handling of personal data.
